TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services required by this contract are as follows: - operation and maintenance of the landfill; - management of biogas capture and combustion; - management of leachate capture, understood as programming the services with third parties in charge of collection, transport and disposal of waste (always under the supervision of the Contracting Authority); - verification of the proper functioning of the plant networks (electrical and hydraulic) and ordinary maintenance thereof; - analysis of environmental matrices according to the frequencies and specifications dictated by the Authorization (all costs included, for example: sampling, measurements, analytical tests, etc.); - annual grass cutting on the landfill body and the relevant areas for the entire duration of the contract; - ordinary greenery maintenance; - inspection, maintenance and replacement of fire-fighting equipment and devices; - preparation of the annual report for the competent control Authorities; - preparation of a sworn technical report aimed at updating the estimate of management costs for the post-mortem management activities of the landfill from 2026 to 2036; - preparation, at the request of the Contracting…
