Servizio di Evoluzione, gestione e manutenzione dell’infrastruttura del Sistema Informativo Territoriale e dell’Infrastruttura dei Dati Territoriali della Regione Autonoma della Sardegna

The contract has a total duration of 52 months, starting from the date of the commencement of activities.

Key milestones and phases are as follows:

• Phase I: Expected to be completed within 4 months from the start date of activities. This phase involves the initiation of activities, re-engineering and evolution of software applications, and migration of databases. At its conclusion, a new Work Plan and, if required, a new Quality Plan must be prepared.
• Phase II: Expected to be completed within 16 months from the start date of activities. This phase includes the completion of software application re-engineering and evolution, delivery of classroom training sessions, and the first 12-month tranche of maintenance and evolution of geographical information. The launch of the software applications into operation is required at the end of this phase.
• Phase III: Expected to be completed within 52 months from the start date of activities. This final phase encompasses the completion of training and communication activities, operational management of systems, and the remaining 36-month period for maintenance and evolution of geographical information.

The core scope of work and statement of work summary for this tender primarily involves the "Evolution, management and maintenance of the Territorial Information System and the Territorial Data Infrastructure of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia".

The services are articulated into the following key areas:

• Re-engineering and evolution of software applications: This includes the development, migration of databases, initial configuration, and installation of software applications, as well as the installation of base software.
• Training and communication: This encompasses specialized training and support, general communication activities, and help-desk services.
• Operational management: This covers the management of hardware systems, software applications, and databases, including system monitoring, system administration, and adaptive, evolutionary, and corrective maintenance.
• Maintenance and evolution of geographical information.
• Additional services: These are similar to the preceding services and may be required by the Administration to address further needs arising from legislative, procedural, or technological changes.

The execution of these services is guided by specific contents and organizational methods defined in the technical illustrative report, the special tender specifications, and all tender documents, along with the successful bidder's offer if it improves the proposal for the Administration.
