The estimated total value of the contract, for the entire contractual duration including the possible extension option, is EUR 1,317,026.80 (one million three hundred seventeen thousand twenty-six/80), net of VAT and/or other taxes and legal contributions, broken down as follows: - EUR 987,020.10 (VAT excluded) as the estimated amount for the supply of “complete meals”, for the so-called “base” duration of 18 months, resulting from the product of the unit price relating to the “complete meal” (EUR 9.90 VAT excluded) by the estimated number of meals (equal to 99,699); - EUR 329,006.70 (VAT excluded) — as the estimated amount for the supply of “complete meals”, in the event that the extension option is exercised for a further 6 months, resulting from the product of the unit price relating to the “complete meal” (EUR 9.90 VAT excluded) by the estimated number of meals (equal to 33,233); - EUR 1,000.00 (VAT excluded) as the amount of the safety costs for risks arising from interference, not subject to any reduction.
