TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Service consists in the testing of a “Port cargo buffer”, which takes the form of an operating model for the regularization and streamlining of the traffic of intermodal transport units (UTIs) entering and leaving the ports, to be implemented in suitably equipped, organized and managed extra-port areas in order to absorb peaks in freight traffic and streamline embarkation and disembarkation transit times, with the aim of decongesting the infrastructure of the port nodes of the Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure Occidentale.
