TENDER DESCRIPTION

Municipal treasury service. The awarding of the treasury service subject to this contract, as provided for by Article 209 of Legislative Decree No. 267/2000 and subsequent amendments, consists of the "set of operations related to the financial management of the local authority and aimed in particular at the collection of revenues, payment of expenses, custody of securities and valuables, and related obligations provided by law, statute, regulations of the authority or contractual rules". The contract and the obligations of the parties are analytically described in the agreement approved with the Municipal Council resolution No. 5 dated 28.01.2026 and in the special specifications. The contract is lump-sum and consists of a single lot because, due to the characteristics of the service and the particular execution methods of the performances, a unitary and homogeneous management by a single economic operator is necessary in order to ensure effective coordination of the contract activities and the optimization of resources.
