TENDER DESCRIPTION

Municipal treasury service. The awarding of the treasury service object of this contract, as provided by Article 209 of Legislative Decree no. 267/2000 and subsequent amendments and additions, consists of the "set of operations related to the financial management of the local authority and aimed in particular at the collection of revenues, payment of expenses, custody of securities and valuables, and the related obligations provided for by law, the statute, the regulations of the authority or contractual rules." The contract and the obligations of the parties are analytically described in the agreement approved by the City Council resolution no. 5 of 28.01.2026 and in the special tender specifications. The contract amount put to tender for the five-year duration is € 1,600,000.00 (one million six hundred thousand euros/00), excluding VAT. The entity has closed the securities dossiers held in custody at the municipal treasury; therefore, the "all-inclusive fee for the treasury and cash service" is considered applicable to the exemption provided by Article 10, first paragraph, no. 1) of Presidential Decree no. 633 of 1972 (according to the Revenue Agency Opinion no. 188/2023).
