TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is a service titled “Service – emergency repairs of icebreakers 2027”. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are defined by: - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) – Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) – Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. 2. Contract performance period: 2.1. The Contracting Authority requires that the service be performed for a period of 12 (twelve) months from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, subject to the proviso that if the contract is concluded after 1 January 2027, the contract performance period shall cover the time from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2027. 2.2. The contract shall be terminated before the end of the period indicated above, i.e. before 31 December 2026, without the need for the Parties to submit any additional statements in this regard, in the event that the amount of the Contractor’s total gross remuneration specified in § 5(1) of the Contract is exhausted. 2.3.
