TENDER DESCRIPTION
MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR INFOMEDICA SOFTWARE ALONG WITH UPDATING THE ORACLE DATABASE SOFTWARE The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, upkeep and technical support services for an ERP-class IT system – Infomedica – operated by the Contracting Authority, including in particular ensuring the proper operation of the system, removing errors and faults, user and administrator support, installation of updates, and adapting the system to changes resulting from applicable provisions of law, as well as updating the Oracle database software to version 19 (lifetime), delivery of 10 Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 licenses (perpetual license) together with service works – installation, configuration of migration (a new virtual machine, installation of Oracle 19, migration of the FK and KP database, combining the FK and KP databases within a single DB instance). Detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
