3.3. Client requirements regarding the subject of the contract: 1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the provisions of law requiring possession of approvals, certificates and registration, 2) the offered product must comply with the standards or technical specifications applicable to this product; 3.4. In cases where trademarks, patents or origin, source or a particular process characterising specific products or services delivered by a specific contractor are indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner; however, in each such situation the Contracting Authority allows an equivalent solution to those described above. In such cases, any references to trademarks, patents, origin, source or a particular process characterising specific products or services delivered by a specific contractor should be read together with the words “or equivalent”.
