TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.3. The subject of this contract is: a) timely, delivery and implementation of the Occupational Medicine Clinic module of the AMMS Application Software in b) granting the Contracting Authority a license to use the Application Software modules c) providing the launched module referred to above with author’s warranty supervision for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the implementation. d) providing the launched module referred to above with a service (maintenance) for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the implementation. 3.4. In cases where, in the description of the subject matter of the contract, trademarks, patents or origin, source or a specific process are indicated that characterise specific products or services supplied by a particular contractor, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible manner; however, in each such situation the Contracting Authority allows an equivalent solution to those described above.
