TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.3. The subject matter of this contract is: a) timely performance of the delivery and implementation of the Occupational Medicine Office module of the AMMS Application Software in b) granting the Contracting Authority a licence to use the Application Software modules c) covering the module started as referred to above with warranty author’s supervision for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the implementation. d) covering the module started as referred to above with a service for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol for the implementation. 3.4. In cases where the description of the subject matter of the contract indicates trademarks, patents or origin, a source or a specific process which characterises certain products or services delivered by a specific contractor, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in sufficiently precise and intelligible manner; however, in each such situation, the Contracting Authority allows an equivalent solution to that described above.
