TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No. 1 – Warranty service for Kyocera printing devices The subject of the contract is the provision of a warranty service for Kyocera printing devices. The Contractor shall perform service/maintenance activities on printing devices according to the list of devices included in Annexes No. 3.1 to the SWZ, based on prices for individual parts of the devices, subject to the Contractor’s right to extend the scope of repair activities. The Ordering Party plans to provide services according to the current needs of the Ordering Party. Settlement shall be made on the basis of the actually performed services in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, at the unit prices offered in the price form. The unit price of the service indicated by the Contractor in the price form includes all costs and components related to the performance of the contract, including the valuation of the service, the price of parts and materials necessary to perform the service, the cost of performing the repair, and VAT tax.
