TENDER DESCRIPTION
Servicing of a passenger lift at the Healthcare Team in Busko-Zdrój. The subject of the contract is servicing an external passenger lift at the building of the Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases Ward and the Infectious Diseases Ward of the Healthcare Team in Busko-Zdrój. Lift parameters: a) lift (elevator) TYPE MRL1600AA, - purchased in November 2023; b) lifting capacity 1600 kg; c) 2 landings; d) factory no. XPL06797KRe) registration no. of the lift N3112007928f) the lift warranty expires on 21.09.2026. The technical documentation of the lift has been specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Place of performance of the subject of the contract – the passenger lift at the building of the Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases Ward and the Infectious Diseases Ward of the Healthcare Team at Boh. Warszawy 67, 28-100 Busko-Zdrój. Lift servicing will be performed once per month over a period of 12 months. The contract subject will be carried out until the end of each month.
