TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is an end-to-end bike sharing service for use by the City of Tampere and the Municipality of Pirkkala. The bike sharing service to be procured includes the delivery of the full service and its maintenance during the contract period. In addition to the delivery of the bikes and docking station structures, the service to be procured includes their servicing and maintenance, moving the bikes from one docking station to another, moving the bikes and any docking station structures to storage and storing them during the months when the bike sharing service is not in use, the IT system and customer service for the entire contract period. The service to be procured must be delivered to the Contracting Authority tested and ready for use. This is a framework arrangement to be concluded with one Supplier, valid for four (4) years. The City of Tampere will decide and enter into the framework arrangement agreement on behalf of the Municipality of Pirkkala with the selected supplier.
