TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is an all-in-one bike-sharing service for use by the City of Tampere and the Municipality of Pirkkala. The bike-sharing service that is the subject of this procurement includes the delivery of the overall service and its maintenance during the contract period. In addition to the delivery of bicycles and docking/stand structures, the procured service includes their servicing and maintenance, relocating bicycles from one station to another, moving bicycles and any station structures to storage and storing them in the months when the bike-sharing service is not in use, the IT system and customer service throughout the entire contract period. The procured service must be delivered to the Contracting Authority tested and ready for use. This is a framework arrangement to be concluded with a single Supplier, which is valid for four (4) years. The City of Tampere will decide upon and conclude, on behalf of the Municipality of Pirkkala, the framework arrangement agreement with the selected supplier.
