TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the performance of activities in accordance with the project documentation titled “Former KOVOŠROT GROUP CZ site, Prague - Dolní Měcholupy, Project documentation for remediation of an old environmental burden, STAGE 2: REMOVAL OF WASTE”, prepared in January 2026 by ENACON s.r.o., which is Annex No 3 to the tender documentation (ZD). The subject matter of performance is Remediation Stage 2 – the removal of waste generated from the remediation of Stage 1 at the site of the former Kovošrot Group CZ a.s. company premises in Prague – Dolní Měcholupy, now owned by Accolade CZ XXVII, s.r.o., a member of the group. At the end of the first stage of remediation, which is not the subject of performance, after the waste had been collected at the intermediate storage site, the actual quantities of the individual types of waste intended to be removed in the second stage were identified.
