TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of monitoring of contamination of groundwater and surface water at the Litvínov site, ORLEN Unipetrol a.s., including the removal of isolated occurrences of the phase from monitoring wells, maintenance of monitoring objects, decommissioning and replacement of wells (or drilling new wells) used for monitoring, and documentation of any investigation works. The aim of the works/performance of monitoring and maintenance of monitoring objects is to meet the requirements of the decision of the Czech Environmental Inspectorate (ČIŽP), Regional Inspectorate (OI) Ústí nad Labem, ref. no. ČIŽP/44/2019/1057 dated 6.2.2019 and the decision for block 32 (former phenol plant), ref. no. ČIŽP/44/2020/195, dated 7.1.2020. The works will be carried out in accordance with the approved implementation project, which will include a detailed methodology for sampling and laboratory work and field measurements, including specification of the measuring instruments used.
