TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor must make available 46 participant places. This means that at most 46 participant lump sums can be invoiced per month. The amount of the participant lump sum is determined by the price schedule (B4) of the successful bidder. The maximum value of the procurement procedure is determined by the participant lump sum offered by the successful bidder, multiplied by the maximum number of participants (here: 46) and the number of months in the term (12 months or 24 months incl. extension option), plus 20% for possible increases. Once this maximum value is reached, the framework agreement loses its effect. The contractor must make available 46 participant places.
