TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for full system administration, maintenance and servicing of the built SharePoint environment for MU-Varna, in accordance with the attached Technical Specification (Appendix No 1), referred to briefly as “system administration”. Depending on its specific needs and financial provision, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to assign the performance of additional activities for improving the work and functioning of the Share Point structure, as well as the projects implemented on it, referred to briefly as “additional activities”. These activities include those for development/assistance and maintenance of current SharePoint projects (web sites, portals, etc.). Each participant must submit an offer for the full scope of system administration, maintenance and servicing of the built SharePoint structure, included in the Technical Specification (Appendix No 1).
