TENDER DESCRIPTION

HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd implements this procurement on behalf of the African-Finnish Partnerships on Taxation and Digital Transformations (AFP-TDT) project. The African-Finnish Partnerships on Taxation and Digital Transformations (AFP-TDT) is a programme funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA Finland) and implemented by HAUS Finnish Institute of Public Management Ltd (HAUS) over the period 2026–2029. The programme supports the strengthening of domestic resource mobilisation in Africa through the development of digital tax administration capacity, in partnership with the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) and other stakeholders.
