The service includes security guard services as well as the cash desk and entry service at the Bavarian State Horticultural Show Bad Windsheim 2027. The management is divided into: Lot 1: Security guard service; Lot 2: Cash desk and entry service The security period includes for Lot 1 - Setup phase from 30.03.2027 to 28.04.2027 - Implementation phase from 29.04.2027 to 03.10.2027 During the setup phase, the main focus of the tasks during the day is opening and closing the entrance gates, checking IDs and entry permits, identifying irregularities (break-ins, theft) as well as monitoring vehicles departing. At night, the main focus is conducting regular patrols, checking locks on doors, gates and windows, and verifying that the fencing is intact.
