The service includes the security services as well as the ticket counter and entrance services at the Bavarian State Horticultural Show Bad Windsheim 2027. The management is divided into: Lot 1: security services; Lot 2: ticket counters and entrance services For Lot 1, the security period includes - set-up phase from 30.03.2027 to 28.04.2027 - implementation phase from 29.04.2027 to 03.10.2027 During the set-up phase, the main focus of tasks during the day is on opening and closing the driveway gates, checking identity cards and entry permits, identifying irregularities (burglary, theft) and checking vehicles leaving the premises. At night, the main focus of tasks is on carrying out regular patrols, checking the locking of doors, gates and windows, and verifying the integrity of the perimeter fencing. During the implementation phase, the main focus of tasks during the day is on opening and closing the driveway gates, checking persons entitled to entry or driving access, and opening and closing the sunshades as instructed.
