Execution of security services (reception/porter service as well as patrol and district services) in the Authorities Center (BHZ) Frankfurt am Main, Gutleutstraße 112-138, 60327 Frankfurt for the State Office for Construction and Real Estate, Rhein-Main branch. The reception / patrol service at the gates: Reception service (porter service): • Staffing of two gates (central gate 365 days / 24 hours / gate house 6 252 days / 24 hours) • Information and enquiry service for visitors to the authorities center • Monitoring of visitor and supplier traffic • Issuance of keys and code cards according to service instructions • Keeping of a guard and report book • Taking over the SRN (Service Call and Emergency Call Center) of the client: Monday to Friday approx. 15:30 to 07:30, Saturday / Sunday / public holidays 24 hours.
