Execution of security services (reception/porter service as well as control and patrol services) in the Authorities Center (BHZ) Frankfurt am Main, Gutleutstraße 112-138, 60327 Frankfurt for the State Operation Construction and Real Estate, Rhein-Main Branch. Reception / patrol service at the gates: Reception service (porter service): • Staffing of two gates (central gate 365 days / 24 hours / gate building 6 252 days / 24 hours) • Information and advisory service for visitors of the Authorities Center • Monitoring of visitor and supplier traffic • Issuance of keys and code cards according to service instructions • Keeping a watch and report book • Taking over the SRN (service call and emergency call center) of the client: Monday to Friday approx. 15:30 to 07:30, Saturday / Sunday / public holiday 24 hours.
