TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the provision of security services in the ZNA, the following tasks in particular are to be performed: - Protection of staff, patients, visitors and property of the UKE Group. - On-site presence to protect and support the staff in the ZNA. - Protection of staff and patients and visitors against assaults, including intervention deployments (among other things: support with coercive measures by the medical staff and/or threat prevention) in the ZNA and, if necessary, requesting support from the police. - De-escalation and calming of aggressive patients as well as other persons. - Enforcing the house and site rules. - Exercising and enforcing the right of domicile. - Performing first-aid measures or alerting the UKE emergency team. - Point of contact for staff as well as patients and visitors at the UKE. - Ensuring social peace in the area of the ZNA and its surroundings through presence and, if necessary, crisis intervention. - Escorting patients, staff and visitors in the ZNA. - Conducting patient search measures in the event of missing patients who pose a risk to themselves or to others. - Alerting the UKE emergency team and the police in cases of suicide/suicide…
