TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of providing security services in the ZNA, in particular the following tasks must be carried out: - Protection of staff, patients, visitors and property of the UKE Group. - Presence to protect and support the staff in the ZNA. - Protection of staff as well as patients and visitors against assaults, including intervention missions (among other things, support with coercive measures by the medical staff and/or hazard prevention/aversion) in the ZNA and, if necessary, requesting support from the police. - De-escalation and calming of aggressive patients and other persons. - Enforcing the house and site regulations. - Exercising and enforcing house rights. - Carrying out first-aid measures and/or notifying the UKE emergency team. - Point of contact for staff, patients and visitors at the UKE. - Ensuring social peace in the area of the ZNA and its surroundings through presence and, if necessary, the intervention required in crisis situations. - Accompanying patients, staff and visitors in the ZNA. - Carrying out patient searches in the event of missing patients who pose a risk to themselves or others. - Notifying the UKE emergency team and the police in the event of suicides /…
