TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Dachau district authority concludes a framework agreement with a contracting party for security services at its refugee and asylum accommodation facilities. The services are called off by individual orders. Scope of services: - stationary guarding of the communal accommodation facilities around the clock, as a rule as double guarding with guard and shift management; - mobile patrolling of decentralized accommodation facilities; - deployments as required and additional deployments, in particular reinforcements, short-notice deployments from a personnel reserve, and guarding of newly commissioned sites. Tasks include, among other things, access and visitor control, inspection rounds, fire protection and evacuation duties, support with food distribution, de-escalation, reporting and documentation obligations, and cooperation with the accommodation management, the police and rescue services. The current situation comprises five stationary guarded sites and three decentralized accommodation facilities that are patrolled on a mobile basis; this corresponds to an annual average of around 15 security personnel around the clock.
