TENDER DESCRIPTION

Dachau district concludes a framework agreement with one contracting party for security services in its refugee and asylum accommodation facilities. The services are procured by means of individual contracts. Scope of services: - stationary guarding of the community accommodation facilities around the clock, generally as double guarding with security guard and shift management; - mobile patrolling of decentralized accommodation facilities; - deployment as required and additional deployments, in particular reinforcement, short-notice deployments from a personnel reserve, and guarding of sites newly put into operation. Tasks include, among other things, access and visitor control, patrols, fire protection and evacuation tasks, support with meal service, de-escalation, duties to report and document, and cooperation with accommodation management, the police and emergency services. The actual situation currently comprises five locations with stationary guarding and three decentralized accommodation facilities with mobile patrolling; this corresponds, on average over the year, to around 15 security personnel around the clock.
