TENDER DESCRIPTION

The TIETZ site brings together various cultural facilities of the city of Chemnitz under one roof. The cultural operations are the tenant of the property; the landlord is PVG TIETZ mbH. The cultural operations include the Volkshochschule, the city library, the museum of natural history, cultural management, the Administration/central functions department, a room of the music school, and the Stefan-Heym-Forum. The New Sächsische Galerie is a subtenant of the City of Chemnitz. PVG TIETZ mbH operates the fire alarm control center for the site and manages the retail shops located on the ground floor. The tender covers, in particular, the following services: - Guard services - Carrying out cash-handling operations - Provision of fire-watch services - Connecting the fire alarm control center to a 24-hour emergency call and service control centre - Re-sorting (returning) media in the City Library Chemnitz - Museum supervision in the Museum of Natural History - Night-time patrols of the premises and the outdoor areas
