TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract object is the provision of security services for the contracting authority in the Humboldt Forum. The security services include museum service and cultural property protection (approx. 95%) as well as special and patrol services (approx. 5%). The museum service/cultural property protection comprises the protection of exhibition objects, ensuring and implementing the highest security standards for the exhibited collection objects of the Museum of Asian Art, the Ethnological Museum, and the Humboldt Forum Foundation in the Berlin Palace, as well as (permanent) loans from other museums and institutions during the opening hours of the Humboldt Forum in the previously assigned area of responsibility, including alarm follow-up, inspections, and notifications of security-relevant incidents and events as well as pests. In addition, it includes service-oriented handling of the concerns of the public as well as first aid and participation in the clearance and evacuation in the event of an incident.
