TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the provision of security services for the contracting authority at the Humboldt Forum. The security services include museum services and cultural property protection (approx. 95%) as well as special and patrol services (approx. 5%). The museum service/cultural property protection includes the protection of exhibition objects, ensuring and implementing the highest security standards for the displayed collection objects of the Museum of Asian Art, the Ethnological Museum, and the Stiftung Humboldt Forum in the Berlin Palace, as well as (long-term) loans from other museums and institutions during the opening hours of the Humboldt Forum in the previously assigned area of responsibility, including alarm response, inspections, and reporting of security-relevant incidents and events as well as pests. It also includes service-oriented support for the concerns of the public, first aid, and participation in evacuation in the event of an incident.
