TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of security services for the contracting authority at the Humboldt Forum. The security services include the museum service and protection of cultural property (approx. 95%) as well as special and patrol services (approx. 5%). The museum service/protection of cultural property includes the protection of exhibition objects, ensuring and implementing the highest security standards for the displayed collection objects of the Museum of Asian Art, the Ethnological Museum and the Humboldt Forum Foundation in the Berlin Palace, as well as (permanent) loans from other museums and institutions during the opening hours of the Humboldt Forum within the previously assigned area of responsibility, including the monitoring of alarms, inspections and the reporting of security-relevant incidents and events as well as vermin. In addition, it includes service-oriented support for the concerns of the public, as well as first aid and participation in the removal and/or evacuation in the event of an incident.
