TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the Federal Administration, in line with the increasing use of electronic devices with lithium-ion storage technology, e.g. mobile phones, storage and warehousing options for the devices including the lithium-ion batteries and lithium-polymer batteries used there are also increasingly required. The Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW) requires the delivery of 12 safety cabinets as a fixed order quantity and additionally of 4 cabinets as a variable order quantity. The estimated total required quantity is therefore 16 cabinets and is also the maximum quantity. Up to this maximum quantity, call-offs may be made from the framework agreement. The term of the corresponding framework agreement is 3 years. The delivery locations are the logistics centers of the THW. Orders are placed electronically using the Federal Government’s shopping portal. In addition, for the delivered systems, maintenance services must be provided for a period of 4 years. The maximum quantity corresponds to the provision of maintenance services for a period of up to 4 years for up to 16 devices.
