TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Nienburg/Weser plans the construction of a new fire service technical centre (FTZ) in the industrial/commercial area of the locality of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. This is a replacement new build for the existing FTZ at Verdener Landstraße in Nienburg. The floor space programme comprises approx. 8,200 m² of usable floor area, as well as approx. 9,140 m² of outdoor areas — movement and training areas. For this purpose, an approx. 3.4 ha building site is available. The services being tendered include: Within this BOQ item (VE), the safety and security installations for the fire service technical centre are included. These are the fire detection and alarm system, access control system, intrusion alarm system and video system. A comprehensive fire detection and alarm system is planned in accordance with DIN EN 14675 category 1 full protection. The entire site is monitored for access. This includes online access points at the site entrances (road approaches), external doors, high-traffic doors and doors with increased security requirements.
