TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor (AN) shall carry out the initial and recurring inspection of portable electrical operating equipment (BM) in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 (or Regulation 4) in the version applicable at the time the service is provided at the RIM Düsseldorf premises (see Chapter I.5). The contract term begins with the award and lasts 54 months. For operational reasons, inspections must be carried out at least every 2 years and start on 01.01.2027. If, among other things (e.g. as part of a so-called risk assessment), different (e.g. shorter) inspection periods result, other inspection cycles/dates can also be requested by the RIM. The RIM agrees corresponding inspections/dates with the AN (at least 4 weeks in advance). The two or three inspections (depending on the interval) for the specified premises must be fully carried out and completed within the contract term.
