TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor (AN) assumes responsibility for the initial and recurring inspection of portable electrical equipment (BM) in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3 (and, as applicable, Regulation 4) in the version applicable at the time the services are provided at the premises of RIM Düsseldorf (see Chapter I.5). The contract term begins with contract award and lasts for 54 months. For internal operational reasons, inspections must be carried out at least every 2 years and start on 01.01.2027. Should other (e.g., shorter) inspection periods arise, among other things (e.g., in the context of a so-called risk assessment), the RIM may also request other inspection cycles/dates. The RIM agrees with the AN on the corresponding inspection dates/cycles (at least 4 weeks in advance). The two or three inspections (depending on the interval) for the specified premises must be completed and fully concluded within the contract term.
