TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor (AN) takes over the initial and recurring inspection of portable electrical equipment (BM) in accordance with DGUV Regulation 4 in the version applicable at the time the services are performed for RIM Munich. The service is requested, as of the award, by the responsible Internal Service / Internal service operations for the inspection dates. These orders may be passed on to a subcontractor at most once. The contract term begins with the award and lasts 48 months. For internal operational reasons, the inspections must be carried out on a 2-year cycle and start on 01.11.2026. If, among other things (e.g. as part of a so-called risk assessment), other (e.g. shorter) inspection periods arise, other inspection cycles/dates may also be requested. The Internal Service (Department: Internal service operations, occupational safety and health) agrees with the AN the corresponding inspections/dates (at least 4 weeks in advance). The total of two inspections for all listed premises must be fully completed, finalized and invoiced within the contract term. The service must be provided on site at the listed premises (see Sec.
