TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor (AN) takes over the initial and recurring inspection of portable electrical equipment (BM) in accordance with DGUV Regulation 4 in the version valid at the time the service is provided for the RIM Munich. The service is requested, starting from the award, by the responsible Internal Service / Internal service operations for the inspection dates. These orders may be passed on to a subcontractor at most once. The term of the contract begins with the award and lasts 48 months. For internal operational reasons, the inspections must be carried out on a 2-year cycle and begin on 01.11.2026. Should other (e.g. shorter) inspection periods result, among other things (e.g. within the scope of a so-called risk assessment), other inspection cycles/dates may also be requested. The Internal Service (Department Internal service operations, occupational safety and health) agrees with the contractor (AN) the corresponding inspections/dates (at least 4 weeks in advance). The overall two inspections for all designated premises must be fully carried out, completed and invoiced/settled within the term of the contract.
