TENDER DESCRIPTION

The entire stairwell will be given a new coat of paint on the walls and ceilings or on the undersides of the stairs. First, existing areas of damage and cracks in the plaster will be repaired and/or worked on. In the skirting area of the stairwell, up to a height of 1.20 m, an additional latex coating will be applied to make cleaning easier in the event of soiling. The existing surface-mounted cable trunking channels will be replaced with fire-protected surface-mounted cable trunking channels. For the required smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (RWA) system and the future rollout of fibre optics, the required cables and/or conduits will be installed. New sensor-controlled lamps will be installed in the corridor and basement. To comply with the required fire protection, fire doors will be installed to the attic apex and at the access to the basement level (T-30 RS). All apartment entrance doors will be replaced (Td door). RWA windows will be installed in the stairwells, including feed lines and control.
