General planning: building design pursuant to § 34 HOAI, service phases 1 - 9 HOAI, structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI, service phases 1 - 6 and 8 HOAI, restoration specialist planning The subject of the negotiated procedure is the planning of safeguarding measures for the monastery ruins for measures of priority 1 and 2. The contract is awarded as a general planner service. The general planner assumes independent responsibility for the organisation, control and coordination of all planning and specialist disciplines. The contractor is obliged to conduct coordination with the competent monument authorities. The assignment of the service phases is carried out in stages.
