General planning: structural planning of buildings pursuant to § 34 HOAI, service phases 1 - 9 HOAI, structural engineering planning pursuant to § 51 HOAI, service phases 1 - 6 and 8 HOAI, restoration specialist planning The subject of the negotiated procedure is the planning of safeguarding measures for the measures of priority 1 and 2 of the monastery ruins. The contract is awarded as a general planner service. The general planner assumes independent responsibility for the organization, control and coordination of all planning and specialist disciplines. The contractor is obliged to carry out coordination with the competent heritage authorities. The assignment of the service phases is carried out in stages.
