TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following security services in forensic detention (preventive detention) (control and watch services in accordance with DIN 77200) are being tendered for the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry of Asklepios Clinic Nord – Ochsenzoll, Langenhorner Chaussee 560, 22419 Hamburg. This is a highly sensitive activity in the area of forensic detention (preventive detention) (§§ 63, 64 StGB). The scope of services includes, in particular, operating the sluice/pass-through areas and the entrance and exit of the economic yard, general reception/guard services and inquiries for information, identity checks and implementing the visitor rules, issuance and management of keys, operation of safety-related systems including the fire alarm system and electronic access control, as well as monitoring the premises via video systems and patrols. At present, four spatially separate sluice/pass-through areas are to be staffed; they are networked with each other and are operated each day for 365 days per year on a shift basis.
