TENDER DESCRIPTION

Security services in forensic detention (Maßregelvollzug) (control and guard services in accordance with DIN 77200) are being tendered for the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry of Asklepios Klinik Nord – Ochsenzoll, Langenhorner Chaussee 560, 22419 Hamburg. This is a highly sensitive activity in the field of forensic detention (Maßregelvollzug) (§§ 63, 64 StGB). The scope of services includes in particular operation of the anteroom (sluice) areas as well as entry to and exit from the economic yard (Wirtschaftshof), general gatehouse/security guard services and matters of information, personal checks and implementation of the visitor regulations, key issue and key management, operation of the safety-related technical systems including the fire alarm system and electronic access control, as well as monitoring of the premises via video systems and patrols. There are currently four spatially separate, networked anteroom (sluice) areas to be staffed, each day for 365 days of the year in shift operations.
