TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement object – SIEM (English Security Information and Event Management) analytics (security operations centre, SOC) services. The supplier’s responsibility includes only the provision of SOC analytics services and the configuration of alerting rules in the SIEM Security Onion system. Administration, maintenance, updates of the Security Onion system, and platform configuration are the responsibility of the Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania. The procurement object consists of: 1. creation of SIEM rules (alarms); 2. responding to triggering of SIEM rules and analysis; 3. active threat hunting in the network and on endpoint devices using logs, network traffic and alerts collected by the Security Onion platform.
