1.1 Subject of the construction project The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of safety and health coordination services in accordance with the Construction Sites Ordinance (BaustellV) for the following construction project: - Project description: Old Manor Plotha - preservation-compliant renovation and conversion to an event venue “LandLeben!” - SiGeCo services - Location / construction site: Rittergut Plotha, Am Schulplatz 6 in 06682 Teuchern OT Plotha - Type of construction work: Conversion/renovation in the listed historic fabric (Zbau measure) 1.2 Project data and key figures - Estimated construction costs (KG 300 to 500 according to DIN 276): KG 300: 5,256,309 € ; KG 400: 1,129,868 € ; KG 500: 515,372.32 € (amounts net) - Gross floor area (BGF): 1,580 m² - Trades / parties involved: A contract award by individual trades is expected.
