TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Tampere higher education community consists of the University of Tampere (Tampereen korkeakoulusäätiö sr, TAU) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu Oy, TAMK). Space and property services provides services to the entire higher education community and is responsible for the premises and properties and related services at all campuses of the higher education community. The subject of the procurement is a framework arrangement for cleaning and maintenance services (“Contracting Entity”) for the space and property services. The services to be procured include, among other things, cleaning and maintenance services, services related to the organisation of maintenance and quality monitoring, as well as maintenance development services for the campuses. The framework arrangement defines the procedure for competitive tendering, and it does not directly lead to an order. The actual procurements will be carried out via mini-competitions in accordance with the terms of the framework arrangement and the procurement limits.
