TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request your tender for cleaning services for Tampereen Infra Oy’s premises in accordance with the tender documents’ annexes. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the aim is to find a single contracting party to provide, in full, the cleaning services required, thereby minimising the contracting authority’s administrative contract monitoring work for this procurement. Partial tenders or alternative tenders are also not permitted. This is a service procurement exceeding the EU threshold value, with an estimated value of approximately EUR 600,000 including any options. The cleaning targets include Tampereen Infra Oy’s fixed facilities, portable site cabins and hourly-based cleaning of changing room facilities at beaches. The facilities consist mainly of break rooms, social rooms and office premises, and serve all personnel of Tampereen Infra Oy. The site cabins are trailer-type break cabins of approximately 10–20 m2, placed in connection with Tampereen Infra Oy’s construction sites around Tampere.
