TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request your tender for the cleaning services for the premises of Tampereen Infra Oy in accordance with the tender documents’ annexes. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the aim is to find a single contracting party to provide, in its entirety, the cleaning services required, thereby minimizing the contracting authority’s administrative work involved in monitoring the contract for this procurement. Partial tenders or alternative tenders are also not permitted. This is a service procurement exceeding the EU threshold, with an estimated value of approximately EUR 600,000 including any options. The cleaning targets are Tampereen Infra Oy’s fixed premises, movable construction site cabins and hourly-based cleaning of changing room facilities at seaside/river beaches. The premises consist mainly of break rooms, social rooms and office premises, and serve all staff of Tampereen Infra Oy. The construction site cabins are approximately 10–20 m² wheeled/removable break cabins placed in connection with Tampereen Infra Oy’s construction sites throughout Tampere.
