TENDER DESCRIPTION

We request your tender for cleaning services for the premises of Tampereen Infra Oy in accordance with the tender request annexes. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the objective is to find one contracting party to provide in full the cleaning services required, thereby minimizing the contracting authority’s administrative contract monitoring work for this procurement. Sub-tenders or alternative tenders are also not permitted. This is a services procurement exceeding the EU threshold value, with an estimated value of approximately EUR 600,000 including any options. The cleaning targets are Tampereen Infra Oy’s fixed premises, portable construction site shelters, and hourly-based cleaning of changing room facilities at lakeside beaches. The premises consist mainly of break rooms, social rooms and office premises, and serve all personnel of Tampereen Infra Oy. The construction site shelters are hauled break vehicles of approximately 10–20 m², placed in connection with Tampereen Infra Oy’s construction sites around Tampere. The cleaning service for the changing room facilities at lakeside beaches is hourly-based cleaning, which mainly focuses on summer weekends.…
