TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is an investment management system as an overall service, which includes the implementation of the software as well as operations and maintenance services. The purpose of the investment management system is to provide a summarising report on all of the city’s investment instruments together with the cooperation partners. The subject of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in detail in this invitation to tender and its appendices. Based on the competitive tendering, the contracting authority selects one (1) supplier with which it enters into a contract. The procurement quantities presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not create any obligation for the contracting authority to order a specified quantity. During the contract term, the contracting authority decides separately on any additional procurements and options in accordance with the contract.
